@MaggieThePointe . Sounds like a scam money request or invoice. Scammers harvest email addresses and send out those requests hoping some email addresses are linked to paypal accounts and the unsuspecting recipient 'may' pay them not realising they are scams.

I had exactly the same experience with PayPal. Their problem resolution is worthless. There are, by now, enough warnings around the web indicating that Help.pp (and the various aliases used by that parent company) is a completely fraudulent entity.

I have PP*TX appearing on my bank statement but have not purchased anything and it is not showing on my PayPal account even though it looks like its from PP. Is this a scam? Has anyone else had this happen to them and can you get the money back?
