2020年4月26日 · Personally I don't think it gets much better than Polly-0 but it's pricey and wet. As far as the wet part, open the brick up and leave it in fridge overnight to dry out a bit. Shred the next day and make some good pizza. I hate shredding cheese and $5/lb is more than I like to pay.

Your quesadilla experiment proved, beyond any shadow of a doubt, what I've been forcefully asserting for quite some time- that cheese will never rise to it's fullest potential- it's rich, oozing, greasy gloriousness, without a thin enough crust.

Dough weighs ~400 grams/ 14 ounces, cheese is 6 ounces, and sauce about 3/4 cup. I've been having issues where my pizza cheese gets this weird unbrowned orange texture, but only in certain areas.
