2013年3月23日 · Guys, I have exhausted about every source I can think of trying to find the "D" shaped tool it takes to adjust the pilot screw on newer 400EX/400X carbs. At one point in time I had one that came in an FMF Power Up Jet kit but it is long gone when I sold the jet kit.

2011年5月2日 · Well, I made a tool today to make the adjustment and it works pretty good. I got the idea from a forum a while ago to make a tool to take apart an N64. I took a bic pen, took out the writing part, heated up the writing end with a lighter, and (with the carb off the atv) pressed the molten plastic onto the "D" screw.
