Founded in 1949, the NRCHA was formed with the goal of preserving and educating the public about the rich history of this traditional horsemanship. The NRCHA is responsible for promoting the sport and ensuring high standards of competition.

CRCHA events offer a wide range of NRCHA and CRCHA approved open and non-pro horse show, spectacular and limited-age event classes, providing a place for exhibitors of all ages and experience levels and horses of all ages and stages of training to practice, compete for prize money and awards, and improve their showmanship.

We are an NRCHA affiliate that holds summer series shows as well as an annual NRCHA sanctioned Futurity, Derby, and Horseshow. The one-day summer series shows are not NRCHA sanctioned, but do have nice added money to the classes and participating in 3 of the 4 shows makes you eligible for fantastic year end awards.

The NRCHA Derby features nine divisions to suit all levels, from million-dollar riders in the Open, entry-level competitors in the Non Pro Limited and Boxing, and every level of competitor in between.
