Yes, 10mg LGD, 330mg 4 Andro ED for 8 weeks. The first few weeks I didn't really feel much, but weeks 5-8 it started to kick in. I didn't get any huge strength increases, but I was able to workout longer and harder with more reps and intensity than normal. I was also able to recover from training quicker.

2023年8月22日 · That seems insanely low. I've run LGD 3 different times at either 10 or 15mg per day. I am on trt so shutdown wouldn't have been an issue either way, but no elevated liver markers, bloating, "LGD flu" or any other symptoms. Just gains and strength increase at around the 3 week mark, every cycle. Easily my favorite sarm.

Could be genetic variance in AR availability or other biology.
