Up in the arctic areas they will run 100% kerosene. Diesel fuel begins to "cloud up" around 30F. This cloudyness are wax crystals that are still small enough to pass through the fuel filter.

As long as the lubrication additives are there, you probably won't do any major harm to the CR engine or fuel pump but do not add the oil. 2018年12月30日 · it's just kerosene better processed to eliminate wax dropout at low temperatures 50/50 should be fine, considering what #1 diesel is but the money saved with alternative fuels makes more sense in trucks where at 10mpg you can easily save enough money to replace the fuel system as a pseudo-maintenence item.

2019年2月3日 · Fuel up ONLY at high diesel turnover stations along major routes to get only the freshest fuel in the region. Go where the big rigs go to fuel up. Basically get your fuel where everybody else does in your area. AVOID fueling up at low turnover stations that rarely get any diesel truck traffic.
