2020年8月21日 · KNS adj piston works great for overgassed guns/standard AKMs. Now, for suppressing use, it is great at getting it to function like an unsuppressed AK OR even at the limit of cycling, but there's still plenty of soot and gas to go around....where it reaches the recoil spring hole in the top cover, and around the edges of the top cover to the receiver.

2022年2月9日 · The first and easiest option is a KNS Adjustable Gas Piston. The way this product works is a clockable sleeve fits over a port in the head of the KNS Piston through the stem. Depending on the position of the sleeve, the hole will allow more gas flow through the stem or less (more flow through = less recoil), but always more than stock.

Let me clarify, to your point the KNS does bleed off the excess gas, my question was if one did not run the KNS piston and the regular setup instead (all factory piston etc) while running the strela gen 2 of that would accelerate rifle degradation or interior stress on parts.

2020年7月13日 · Fully close your piston and pay attention to where the cases land. Every ak47 is gassed differently from factory cause they drill the vent holes manual. I have the kns in my npap underfolder and psa ak-e.

In my experience, the value of the KNS piston has nothing to do with having a suppressor. My M70 was unbearable gassy with a suppressor. I installed a KNS piston and it was the same. Even with the gas dialed back to the point that it wouldn't cycle, there was still way too much gas. Only a low back pressure silencer fixed it.

2021年5月16日 · Na.. KNS piston fully closed is less gas than stock piston. I learned that when I tried to run subsonic ammo out of 16" barrel. With KNS piston fully closed it was undergassed but with stock piston it ran fine. I only run KNS pistons on guns that I run supressed. In my opinion you just need another Ak47 😁.

2020年8月11日 · Been seeing comments asking what KNS piston fits the Zastava Zpap M70. I got mine in today and went with the Arsenal AGP-A20-L (L for large bore) almost exact dimensions to the naked eye.

As soon as it warms up, I can't get it to feed.
