Hoosier Helpers is the INDOT freeway service patrol designed to provide an extra measure of safety on Indiana Interstates in and around Indianapolis, Northwest Indiana, and Southern Indiana, near Louisville, Ky.

Contract documents will be available for downloading via the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) Extranet at no cost. INDOT is responsible for construction and maintenance of interstate highways, state roads, and U.S. routes in Indiana. This includes adjacent overpasses and ramps on these roadways, and traffic control devices along these roadways, including signs and traffic signals.
