South Park Commons is an affordable community offering 62 residential units comprising studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Units are available to households earning incomes between 20 – 60 percent of Area Median Income (AMI), with half of the units reserved as supportive housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
