2020年9月1日 · I’m a big fan of Vectan powder and use alot of D-20 for 1 oz and A-24 for 7/8 oz. My friend uses GM3 and likes it for loading 1 oz or 1.125 loads. D-20 and GM3 are close in burn rate but the GM3 is quite dense compared to D-20. He finds the Tgt-12 wad a good fit where I have to use the Fig-8 for proper stack height.

I'm loading 22.5gr of GM3 in a Federal Gold Medal hull, windjammer wad, and Federal primer. I also noticed that Grafs had blacked out the data for shotguns so I called the tech dept.

2015年5月28日 · I'm loading the Vectan GM3 for long yardage handicap and really like it. I'm loading 22.5gr GM3 in a Federal GM hull, Federal primer, original Windjammer 1 1/8oz wads, and 492gr #8 magnum shot. I chronographed a string of 10 shots using this load with an average 1235fps. Pressure is in the mid 8000 psi according to the original Vectan powder guide.

2016年10月19日 · Well, as the title states....I am not real happy with Ballistic Products right now. I have been experimenting with the Noble Sport Vectan Powders for about 6 months now and have become rather fond of both Vectan D20 and also Vectan A1 powders. I have mixed opinions on Vectan GM3 as of this date.

2018年11月4日 · 700x in my area is the cheapest, and my everyday, most widely used selection. Vectan GM3 is the cheapest but may not be readily available for you. (GM3 uses a 31 bushing) Be sure to double check the data for all. MEC bushing sizes are listed for comparison of overall volume of powder in consideration of stack height in the hull.
