2013年1月28日 · After about ten minutes the mature Ewe Shayne decided he wanted to shoot stepped away from the others and offered a broadside shot. The .308 rang out and the Ewe dropped in its tracks followed by rolling down the hill about 50 yards. As we walked up to the Ewe we both thought it was larger than we expected! 2012年1月23日 · Then I spotted a larger ram next to it, but its vitals were blocked by a tree. The sheep were starting to get edgy and a few of the ewes took off running. Just as the ram started to take off it moved into an opening and I made the shot. Close to forty sheep ran out of the trees in the valley and up over the opposing ridge.

2017年4月13日 · Here is one option...and it may get some laughs...when I turned 22 I had 2 or 3 Montana sheep points. I decided I wanted to hunt sheep darn it and burned them on a ewe tag. I now have a shoulder mount of a ewe in my basement that brings back memories of my successful DIY bighorn hunt that is a precious memory.
