2023年6月20日 · if it helps, i got erythema ab igne in February - really dark and red and a massive patch honestly - and its now mid June of the same year and its faded really well and I've not really done or used anything on it - it's just faded on its own! stopping the offending heat source was the only thing i did. best of luck

2016年5月15日 · I developed mild erythema ab igne on my inner thigh from sitting in front of the space heater this winter. :( Anyone have any success in minimizing its appearance? I don't think I have a super serious case judging by the photos online but it does make me feel super self conscious - I have pale skin and the dark veins are pretty noticeable on me.
