Tasting Rooms are open Sunday to Thursday from 11am - 9:30pm and from 11am - 10pm Friday and Saturday for wine tasting and retail wine purchases. Wine Club Members can pick up their wines and enjoy Member benefits at any locations.

All items are paired with a wine, labeled on the menu by bin num­ber, as sug­gest­ed by the wine­mak­er. Every sin­gle menu item is made in our scratch kitchen and incor­po­rates peak-of-sea­son ingredients.

The Cooper’s Hawk concept includes four distinct components: an upscale casual dining restaurant, full-service bar, private dining room, and Napa-style tasting room and retail gift store…all under one roof.
