2014年4月20日 · Sorry. Honestly, I've really wanted to like the AC-3. I've owned and sold/traded two of them over the years. The algorithms aren't too terrible, if one could get rid of the hiss. I think the Boss guys put the hiss in there to emulate the "air" of a mic'd acoustic, but if my mic'd acoustics were that noisy I would delete the tracks haha.

2021年4月6日 · i've used the Boss and L6 products for gigs in the past. it does the trick. IME, the Boss stuff plays better with single coils - but it's just an advanced EQ in a box, i guess you might think of it as a proto-IR. i used it to cover acoustic parts (obviously) when an E/A would have been the wrong choice for a loud stage.

2022年11月15日 · But, with constant GAS and looking for something better, I also have a Mooer Acousikar, Boss AC3, and a Hotone AC. Of those, the Hotone sounds the best to me. I did have a Pod Go for a short amount of time and really liked the acoustic sim in that, but the latency between switching was a deal breaker for me and I sold the unit.

2008年4月25日 · There is reverb in the current system through the little $500 mixer, but my singer and I got used to singing with no reverb and no effects on the vocals at all and it's amazing how good it sounds. I do add a touch of ambiance to my acoustic guitar sound through my Boss AC3 reverb and a Boss DD5 delay.

2021年12月23日 · I recently tried out a Roland Ready Fender Strat and a Boss GP10. I hated them both. The Strat was IMHO not a good example of that guitar and the GP10 sounded like a toy.
