I understand your frustration. It could be a temporary server-side issue on Bing's end. If you've already disconnected from any VPN or proxy server you might be using, another possible solution is to try connecting to a different internet source.

Switched to Bing last year and have been using their search tools to filter results by date, but it now appears to be missing. Am I crazy or is there somewhere that these settings were moved to? This thread is locked.
