2023年11月6日 · Owning 2 Benelli M2,s ,a 20 and 12 to myself they benefit greatly from some added weight up front. Easy enough to do with an added recoil reducer or Briley Mag Tube counter weights. The slim design of the guns do handle nicely but are much better with some added frontal weight.

2023年8月27日 · This is what Benelli has stuck with. Many SBE3 and Ethos models shoot 100% high. At 40 yards, the new M2 is around 2-3/4 inches high, close to a 60/40, which is perfectly acceptable. I did pattern some bismuth and TSS at 40 yards. The new M2 and the old M2 20 gauge shoot essentially the same.

2014年12月22日 · Both the Montefeltro and M2 are very good guns. The Monte is better at cycling lighter loads than the M2. The Monte it thinner through the forearm and slightly lighter in weight. The Monte holds five rounds total to the four of the M2. The M2 can take an extension to hold more where the Monte can't.

Almost exclusively a duck shooter (i.e. very few geese) from both a boat or field blind. According to the manual, you use a cast shim labeled "DX" (for right hand), along with a drop shim label "A, B, C or Z" and stack them together between the receiver and the stock itself.

The very similar Franchi Affinity 3 (shares a fair number of parts and I believe is built by Benelli -- both brands are part of Beretta Holdings) has a swing much like a Beretta gas gun. And it's much less expensive for what to the best of my ability to ascertain, is identical build quality to the Benelli-branded M2.

You can fix the problem by milling a small slot in the bolt to make it just like the older M1 bolts that allow the carrier to hold one more shell.
