2003年11月1日 · The history of German Rotorcraft to 1945 that I have refers to the Doblhoff as a helicopter. As you point out, it's actually a rotordyne, which is (in my taxonomy) a form of autogyro. A rotordyne is an aircraft which has tip-jet power for takeoff and landing only. The FA-330 was technically not an autogyro.
