2016年10月21日 · Here is my letter to Anova support: My reading of the Anova Precision Oven manual suggests that the Descaling Indicator is triggered by the number of hours using steam. Is this action necessary if I am using ONLY distilled water? The manual talks about using a "descaling solution" but it doesn't mention what's in the descaling solution.

2016年10月21日 · The last time anova sent out faulty firmware one would have to had known to do a factory reset, in order for the oven to have any functionality at all. But they are clever. I'm sure they'll eventually find a way to make the oven fail completely.

2016年10月21日 · The top of Anova Precision Oven wifi troubleshooting page states "To successfully connect your Oven to the Anova app, ensure you’re connected to a 2.4 GHZ wifi and not through a 5 GHZ wifi. 2020年10月5日 · Elsie, you can do this in the Anova oven in sous vide mode, without a bag. You'll use the probe so you can choose the destination temperature. According to google, a turkey crown is a breast with bone and wingtips removed. So I guess this is breast meat. I can't read how much yours weighs.

2016年10月21日 · Anova's instagram feed is sporting 2 new posts of bread baked in the oven.... though they aren't answering any of the moot questions about price and release date. interestingly (well to me), Scott Heimendinger who's been involved with oven, has left Modernist Cuisine to start a venture building something new..... anyone any idea what? ....

I was really looking forward to the Anova oven a few years ago when it was first announced, but since then, my list of desired features has grown. I'd like a counter top appliance to be able to: toast, convection bake, microwave, steam bake, and air fry.
