100 km/week vs 200 in one day is a huge step to climb. (please, clarify) I'd start increasing distances to do least one big 125km ride a week before your long 200km ride. Other than that, if it's in a month, yeah, you can get cycling shoes and pedals to go along. I would prioritize cycling shorts before shoes.
