I drive on I-94 frequently and I drive in the 55 mph area before it becomes 70 and no one drives the speed limit. I drive 60 bc I don’t want a ticket but I saw two cops this week on I-94 not caring that people are going well above 60.

It happen to me too, the officer just stamped my advance parole, then I tried looking for my I-94 number online and I got the same thing, no record found, it’s Forsure stressful but you should be okay, just make sure you don’t lose that paper with the stamp that you got paroled back in, because when adjusting status they will ask for proof

Because I applied for a simple job recently and they said they need to check my immigration status (I should have PR card) to enroll me, so I'm a bit confused.

2021年9月9日 · I first got H1B in Sep 2017 for 3 years. I travelled to my home country, got stamped, and when I entered, my I-94 had expiry of Sep 2020. I changed teams in the same company and extension was filed along with amendment in Jan 2020 and got extension approved for 3 years again. I-94 at the bottom of I-797A has an expiry of Jan 2023.
