2024年3月20日 · I tried out their Launcher XL irons and really noticed major finish wear from light bag chatter. The polished chrome look of the D9’s might be a turnoff to some, but it sure weathers much more gracefully. I’ve only played several simulator rounds with Wilson, but I will report back how they perform on course once the weather turns warmer.

2020年11月3日 · Compared to my current Ping G410 9 degree, the Wilson is consistently longer and produces less spin. Both have stiff shafts - Ping is 55g, Wilson is 60g. What I found with the Wilson is that off centre hits went a good bit further than the G410. On average I was 10-15 yards longer with the D9 (centre and off centre hits)

I used to have a D100 driver so it was like going back to an old friend. For the price, $149.97, free shipping new at PGA SS, it was a good purchase.

2022年4月23日 · I think the head of the D9 Forged is lighter than the T300's (which has tungsten in it), mainly because the D9 Forged head is noticeably smaller (so less material). 2024年4月20日 · This seems to be holding true for lots of us with the current Wilson line. Cannot speak of the particular irons referenced here but I converted to the Wilson Staff blades last season and the all Wilson wedges this season. Amazingly good. Started playing the new staffx ball out of curiosity. High spin indeed.

2022年4月23日 · Looking at the Cobra Forged Tec X and now the Wilson D9 Forged. Can anyone give some insight and comparison? Recommendations? Older now, 59, lost ss and have been fit to the Recoil ESX 460 4F2 in the FTX. Driver speed <80 mph due to illness, injuries, bad back. Also looking at the T350/T200s. Even the PXG XCOR2.
