Hitting the Darien Gap in it's dry season requires leaving Deadhorse, AK this Winter (November 11th to be exact). While the ride posted on this thread was also about the publicity of the ride, from Deadhorse in the Winter....to the Darien Gap and beyond....it was also a test of the mettle of these 4 riders.
