2023年3月5日 · Hi all, Since I was a teenager, Ive had issues with scalp picking. I’m not sure if you would call it a nervous habit, but it seems like all hours of the day, whether I’m working, watching TV, driving, etc, I’ll find myself scratching and picking at my scalp like a monkey, trying get the bumps and spots “smooth” again.

It got really bad this past October, the worst it's ever been. A few weeks ago I asked my doctor about it. She said it's seborrheic dermatitis, which is basically just dandruff.
