Hi @cicoe1. The golden balloons are a power-up. The Golden Balloon turns a group of three balloons into gold, and when one of the gold balloons is popped, all of the gold balloons attached in the bunch will pop (it's these balloons you need in order to receive credit for the challenge).

i also have proplems with poppit bingo but only on ie 11. plays fine on google crome . also stroy game will not on ie11 and of course if you need java willnot play on ie11. was the reason a downloaded google croom. like ie11 but no choice when it comes to pogo

Poppit party loads but never completes. The game loads up until the time you select the specific 'costume' then it just sticks saying ballooning, never completes. If you log out and go back in it shows that whatever ' costume' you had chosen is now not available as it is refreshing.

Are you using the Chrome browser? If you are, Pogo is aware of the sound issues with some of the HTML5 based games and they're working on a permanent fix. In the meantime, please try the workaround from their in the Latest News article linked below: Reported Sound Issues . Please don't hesitate to reply back if you require additional assistance.

I have been trying to complete the Wednesday challenge of scoring 4000 (or more) points in one game for the Poppit Party game. The bar is set too high. Pogo does give a minimum requirement of 8 GB of system RAM to play HTML5 games. Many games may still work with less, but if it's freezing at the Cactus Cannon, the RAM may be what's doing it. However, it appears that what may be the issue is that Windows 7 is not supported for HTML5 games like Poppit! Bingo. It may run, but it may not be the best gaming experience, which explains some of what you may be facing.
