Mapu Maia Board Maikali Kilioni Born and raised in Fiji, Maikali Kilioni has worked in the addiction sector for over two decades and is a board member of the Drug and Alcohol Practitioners’ Association Aotearoa-New Zealand (DAPAANZ).
