But I agree with others, if the new Magic keyboard for M4 iPad Pros was compatible with my M1, I would have definitely went with that. The standard/old Magic Keyboard doesn't fit my needs due to not having media keys on the top row.

It was miles better the Smart Keyboard. Better keyboard, the trackpad changes the experience and having more than one fixed viewing angle is important too. Then I upgraded to the 11 inch pro.

I have to lock and unlock the iPad each time for it to work again. I’ve had the keyboard for maybe an hour and have had to use this trick easily 20 times already. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
