2023年4月2日 · I have a 2022 klx110 that I bought new last year. After about a month of riding I noticed the valves tapping. I adjusted them to the recommended clearance that was in the manual which was .004-.008 for intake and .008-.012 for exhaust. The valves tapped so I adjusted the exhaust valve tighter and it still tapped but a lot quieter.

This is the stock airbox This is the "snorkel" that draws air in from the top rail of the frame tube. Remove the snorkel 90 degree rubber part and bolt the airbox back on.
