2021年8月29日 · "I'm OK with it" and It's OK with me" (or "by me") are vague statements. "OK" could refer to the color, my attitude, your question, the idea of painting. It could mean "just fine" or "who cares" or "just stop asking." There is no way to attach precise meaning. Funadamentally, there is no difference between "OK with me" and "OK with it."

To my ear, it is virtually interchangeable with "That's OK." @DavidRicherby indicates in the comments above and below that "I'm OK" is used in British English, but "That's OK" is not (at least not in this sense.)

As sdgraham explains, "is there any problem?", or more commonly "is there a problem?" is a more confrontational phrase that implies that the other person is causing problems.
