2021年4月9日 · For I-751 you are allowed to send the documents within 90 days before the conditional greencard is expired. If the card is expired 8/29/2021. I think it will be safe for you to send the document around May 31st or June 1st.

2024年10月3日 · Our I-751 interview was unexpected since we have no red flags, and a lot of people get those waived. Unfortunately, we did not. We were there for about 5 minutes where they asked maybe 2 questions and had our approval on the USCIS site within 5 minutes of leaving the building.

2025年1月3日 · If USCIS doubts your first marriage or accuses you of fraud, they won't care about second marriage. They'll be insisting on proving your first marriage was real before approving anything else. You can't apply for another I-485 while you have conditional LPR status.
