Hidradenocarcinoma is an exceptionally uncommon adnexal malignancy of either eccrine or apocrine origin. It presents as asymptomatic, well-circumscribed nodular cutaneous lesions in elderly females with infiltrative and/or low metastatic potential. Clear cell hidradenocarcinomas are most common in the head and neck regions and eyelids.
