I had the same issue when I tried to activate my helium esim on a T-Mobile locked iPhone 14 pro. I had to contact support and have them reissue a qr code for my number and loaded it on my iPhone XR that is fully unlocked. My guess is your s22 is still sim locked.

2023年8月29日 · I’m using Helium Mobile eSIM for the $5 unlimited data plan and a US Mobile Warp (Verizon Network) pSIM for my unlimited talk and text with 1 GB data on my iPhone 12 Pro, which is a $10 plan. I already had US Mobile service before I added Helium Mobile and I was not ready to port my number to Helium Mobile yet from a risk perspective.
