Apparently the GVCB Board noticed and contracted composer Jack Stamp to compose a work with five movements. Stamp will conduct his new piece while I sit on stage and wear a different hat prescribed by Stamp for each movement! The name of Jack's composition is Chapeaux, also the title of the concert!

The Green Valley Concert Band and conductor John Snavely performed the world premiere of Kaleidoscopic Overture on April 12, 2015 at the Sahuarita District Auditorium in Sahuarita, Arizona. The 6 1/2 minute work was commissioned anonymously for the GVCB.
