Login to FreeCHIRO, from the menu on the left, choose-> EMR-> Clinical Desktop. Click the Patient tab to open the Patient Search page. Type the name of the patient, the patients list will be displayed below.

FreeCHIRO has the ability to create Canned sheets, which allows users to make quicker work of common visit types charting. On top of the EMR screen is the charting selection area from where you can select the type of Charting Sheet required.

FreeCHIRO automatically creates a Legal Entity while defining a Practice, this Legal Entity is called the Primary Legal Entity and will be highlighted in red color (see image above).

Login to FreeCHIRO, from the menu on the left, select Security and choose User. Select a user from the list and click on the User Info page. Under User Access Restrictions, enter the name of the patients with restricted charts.
