2013年7月1日 · Im on 20 mg of citalopram. likely side effects to start will be dizziness, nausea, dilated pupils are all normal. I swear the citalopram has made my pupils unequal, a few others have said the same too. loads on here take citalopram, its a very effective drug but it does not work straight away, 4 weeks really you need to give it. good luck Jase

I am taking Citalopram and have been for the past 9 months but although it helps me feel slightly less panicky overall, when im in a "triggering" situation it doesnt seem to help. My GP said he could give me Diazepam for as and when i really needed it but i havent taken it before and i dont really want to start.
