c:geo – FAQ
Starting with c:geo version 2021.03.16-RC1 we were forced to change the method c:geo reads map theme files from your storage. Unfortunately the new access method provided by Android is much slower to read many small files (such as in map themes).
c:geo – Send2cgeo
c:geo is simple yet powerful unofficial geocaching client for Android devices. In contrast with other similar applications, c:geo doesn't require web browser nor exports.
Development - c:geo
As an alternative to Google Play, c:geo can be downloaded from our private F-Droid repository. We provide three channels, for stable, nightly and legacy builds.
Support - c:geo
But c:geo is open source, so anyone willing and able to help us is welcome to do so. We are also using our bugtracking system for documentation of new ideas and feature requests.
