2016年10月21日 · Here is my letter to Anova support: My reading of the Anova Precision Oven manual suggests that the Descaling Indicator is triggered by the number of hours using steam. Is this action necessary if I am using ONLY distilled water? The manual talks about using a "descaling solution" but it doesn't mention what's in the descaling solution.

2016年10月21日 · The top of Anova Precision Oven wifi troubleshooting page states "To successfully connect your Oven to the Anova app, ensure you’re connected to a 2.4 GHZ wifi and not through a 5 GHZ wifi. 2020年10月5日 · The problem with using the big oven is that one must remove all the pots and pans and put them on the bed. Would the Anova work? I figured for a pie bottom heat would be best. With no fan. However the maximum temperature with bottom heat is 180C. I could always bake for a longer time. With top or rear heat the Anova heats right up.

I was really looking forward to the Anova oven a few years ago when it was first announced, but since then, my list of desired features has grown. I'd like a counter top appliance to be able to: toast, convection bake, microwave, steam bake, and air fry.
