The 2A72 is a 30mm automatic cannon developed by KBP to provide fire support in the battlefield. The 2A72 cannon is intended for infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs), self-propelled gun systems, reconnaissance vehicles and armored personnel carriers (APCs).
