That's why the next gen cards are going to have ray tracing just baked in, because they are just very capable. The RX 5700 xt is a great card still but it is unlikely to get ray tracing support.

2021年7月5日 · In my experience Ray Tracing increases the wattage drawn by the GPU which in turn can put more stress on the GPU and other system components such as the PSU. From looking at your post I see several problems, these are: The recommended PSU requirement for the 6800 XT is 750W, you are below that.

2024年3月27日 · 5900x and 3090ti at 1080p window with ray tracing, I drop to around 40s in some places with a lot going on, Whats weird is if I go 3440x1440 the lows are pretty much the same as if I was at 1080p, but highs are of course lower with more pixels, so CPU bottleneck with RT on, I can also enabled the performance mode for DLSS and lows do not change much if at all.
