The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) helps people get the skills they need to find good jobs and start careers. It also helps connect employers with workers who have the right skills to succeed in today’s economy. WIOA supports local communities through a network of America’s Job Center of California SM (AJCC) locations.
