2012年6月20日 · I was looking at my tractor yesterday and it appears there is a coolant bypass line from the block (just behind cooling fan) to the thermostat housing (on radiator side of thermostat). Is that correct? If so it looks like there is a 1/2" diameter pipe connection on the thermostat manifold.

2008年10月19日 · Replaced the water temp sensor in the rear since that was suppose to drive the gauge, no change. Tried grounding the sensor wire (per above) and no change on the gauge either. Did test the fan temp sensor near the thermostat per the instructions above (thanks for that!) and the fan kicked right on, so have order a replacement for that one.

2009年12月4日 · My temp guage sending unit was cut off when I bought it, about 3 inches from the send unit where it screws into the head. Didnt have time to wait on finding a factory replacement, so I installed an "off the shelf" temp guage and sending unit. It seems to function ok, dont know how long it will hold up in the long run.

2011年8月19日 · There's an old post somewhere on the forum on a replacement for the starter solenoid for the Beaver. It's a good match, but has to be slightly rotated to fit. The rotation still allows the wire from the starter to connect to this solenoid. The solenoid was listed for a 1985 Mitsubishi Mighty Max 2.3L engine. L-4. diesel.
