The Moller Skycar is a flying car with VTOL (vertical take-off and landing) capability which has been under development by Paul Moller for over fifty years. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] As of 2023, the M400 has not achieved free flight.

Capable of vertical take-off and landing similar to a helicopter, and flies from point of departure to destination much like an airplane. The Skycar has been designed to also travel at low speed for short distances on the ground like an automobile.
