2021年1月23日 · Prop 19, for all its flaws, at least tries to bring some sanity back into the market by disincentivizing, for example, holding on to inherited homes so that they can be used merely as 2nd homes, keeping them from going onto the market and thus increasing supply.

2023年11月11日 · As per this article, prop 19 is causing pain to many people inheriting parental property. But the other way to think is , prop 13 is discriminatory against new residents in California and people who grew up poor or without parental home they could inherit. It does not give a level playing field.
