2003年6月25日 · ISIR vs PSW I have read articals (can't remember which publications, but have seen it twice) when refering to Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR) it was followed by (Now PSW). PSW is Product Sample Warrant, but I fail to find documentation supporting the change from ISIR to PSW. We submit numerous ISIR's to our automotive customers.
