Legally, they are saying that it's ok for the system to disregard the law which means any other driver can claim arbitrary enforcement.

2024年9月27日 · You can report your incident the NHTSA and it's possible they might expand the recall (then perhaps retroactively you can be reimbursed, just like the recall notice says for cars that were already repaired prior to the recall being issued).

2020年2月19日 · I used to be able to disable the Passenger Front Airbag in my 2022 Model 3 by the following: Controls > Safety > Passenger Front Airbag Suddenly that option has disappeared. Was this changed in a recent software update? I can't find anything in the release notes so far.
