2011年6月22日 · The feeling of the bed moving is consistant with the beating. It gets into a rhythm and then it becomes more and more pronounced. I am now waking up with the heart pounding in the night. It use to stop when I feel asleep and that would be it until the next day. It is more constant now. I do take omega3 but not in huge doses. I take 2,400mg daily.
