2019年2月16日 · I will be going with the H16 when the sales start tomorrow. Being able to use as a preamp for my system is excellent and the fact that it uses the same remote as the DAC is a bonus. I don`t think I will have any difficulty driving anything I currently own and I always knew I would end up buying balanced cables eventually.

2016年2月13日 · Gustard H16 Headphone Listening Tests As usual I start with my headphone amp killer test which is the 25 ohm, inefficient Drop Ether CX. The H16 drove these like it was child's play. There was incredible clarity, bass and dynamics. I turned up the level to 75 and could not tolerate going higher. There is a ton of reserved, absolutely clean power.

2019年10月30日 · Hi yet again! I'd like to ask if it's possible that my faulty Gustard H16 amp could work via XLR output, which I cannot currently test, with the problem stated in above posts. I spell it yet again: The 4,4 mm output produces a soft, frequent and repeating crackle noise from the left channel after about 30 minutes of listening.

2018年12月5日 · The only things to care about is if you want more power with Gustard H16 at 300 ohm and up (balanced) + the remote control. These and the mentioned passthrough are the only essential reasons to pay more for the Gustard H16. If you don't want to go balanced, which will cost yet more money, it is better to buy A30 Pro - it's simple as that.

2020年10月31日 · I am hoping to use the H16 to pass the audio on to an integrated with XLR input but don't want to worry about the current volume level. The Topping A90 manual definitely indicates that the pre-out is subject to the current volume setting.

2020年5月10日 · H16 also does more power then the Burson, so does the SA-1. The Flux Labs does more power however, the 16W into 32ohms, so that should be 7w at 64, one would imagine. However, there are no reviews on that AMP, IDK how clean or if drops off in power.

2021年3月9日 · Why not h16 + X16? Should be around $900 as well. Or the RME ADI-2 FS DAC/amp? I'm currently thinking about getting something in this price range as well. I'm not sure why but something always keeps telling me not to buy topping/S.M.S.L . Maybe because they release a new Device every other week.
