After talking with customer service for about 30 minutes, they recommended that I return the GoPro hero 8 for a full refund, and then just order another GoPro. Saying that this would be faster versus exchanging for another unit. Also, being that I was still within my 30 days so I had 30 days of a full refund warranty.
