HELP! NO POWER AT THE DATA LINK CONNECTOR
2011年9月2日 · You've checked the grounds (Pins 4 & 5) on the DLC and they are good. You've checked for power at Pin 16 of the DLC and no joy. Is all that correct? Is there power at the Cigar Lighter in the ashtray? If yes, you've got a problem between connector C204 (behind ashtray) and the DLC (light Blue wire with White trace).

Location of RABS II diagnostic connector - Ford Power Stroke Nation
2016年3月13日 · Found the connector. On my truck, it's clipped to a cross bar at the back bottom of the glove box. The glove box is really easy to remove: Open it, then tug the back corners in one at a time to release the stops, then open some more and pull toward the back of the truck to disengage the hinges. Once the glove box is off, you can see the connector.
No Crank, No injector buzz, No start after ICP replacement
2023年1月3日 · The GPCM was good after I cleaned all the connections. I had a no start after that for a minute that was caused by having the IPR and ICP connector disconnected at the same time. IPR connector was fixed and hooked up and now im running again. Running rough since i need to install the new ICP connector but its in a way better position now.
42-way pinout - Ford Power Stroke Nation
2012年6月5日 · Patrick, thank you for the info on a 1994 F-250 7.3 IDI. I traced all the designated color leads closely in the C138, 12 pin connector. The red with black trace coming from the water-in-fuel sensor on the fuel filter the best I can tell passes through a C1047M/C1047F connector (circuit 327) not the C138 12 pin connector initially.
New member - 2001 7.3L Crank No Start - Ford Power Stroke Nation
2023年5月23日 · Can’t pull any codes – power to DLC, but no comms. Tried three different scanners. Pulled PCM and tested pins 71,97 for KO 12v power – good. Pin 55 12v constant- good. NO GROUND on pins 25,51,77 and 103. I’m guessing my problem with lack of coms on DLC and Crank no start are related to no ground at PCM connector.

OBD2 Port Powered but can't connect to ANYTHING
2017年5月30日 · The wiring can literally be anywhere. I'm sorry, I'm not that familiar with PCI, it's an older stranded and not really used anymore, but that wire basically goes to all kinds of different places. But there will be several buses, thats why there are several listed in that connector legend.
6.0 FICM problem? - Ford Power Stroke Nation
2021年5月28日 · Can you get ANY engine data from the data link connector (DLC)? Look for EOT or ECT or rpms. If you can get that data, then I would say you have a FICM issue. Have you verified that the FICM X3 connector (C1388C) is solidly plugged in (X-3 is a wider plug than the other two and is nearest the degas bottle)
