2020年2月10日 · and a 5" 45 acp. the 45 acp is a tack driver with the cheapest ammo. used to buy $9 boxes of blazer and still be good groups. most barrels do well with most ammo. but good ammo there very accurate. made a few pet loads for a bunch of them. you could get your 6.5 jap most likely at ssk, bullberry or mach grade machine. they all make custom barrels.

2023年7月14日 · I would think (and this is all hypothetical) that an SP primer under a light, fluffy powder (a la Win231) would make for a clean and efficient load. All things being equal, same velocity x same bullet weight = same energy. It would also seem that a larger .45 ACP firing pin, crushing a smaller primer would be more reliable?

2009年12月8日 · The best way to do this is start with a 45 Colt and have someone cut the rear of the cylinder for moon clips, this mod allows use of moon clipped ACP or 45 Colt cartridges. Here is a link to one gunsmith who modifies the Colt cylinders to shoot both.
