Lots of people simply neck them up to 338 (325/338)when building a custom rifle in the short mag and have very good luck with them as a wildcat. The closest if not slightly better because of the bullet selection to the 325 in ballistics, is the 338 RCM.

2010年10月8日 · I have a 325 WSM set up in a 22" barrel which works quite well in the woods for intermediate range deer and elk hunting. For deer I load the Barnes 160 gr. TTSX which is outstanding performance-wise. For elk I move up to the Nosler AccuBond 200 gr. which is good out to about 750 yards based on energy requirements.

2019年11月24日 · The 323 diameter was/is the main problem with the 325 WSM bullet availability when the 338s are plentiful. It is a good cartridge and has nearly the potential of the 338 Win Mag only in a short action cartridge. The popular wild cat that has given it a run for its money is the 300/338 WSM and also the 338 RCM.

2009年8月7日 · Also, IMO the .325 WSM is an extremely accurate round. I shoot 1 inch groups at 250 yards in my Savage rifle, which is what I line my rifle in for elk hunting. Only thing that I'd say is bad about the round is that is can be hard to find ammo at times, so buy several boxes once you find what you want to use.

2006年11月26日 · I have no less than 20 different bullets on hand for reloading my .325 WSM so bullet selection is definitely not the issue you might believe. The range is from Matchkings to Accubonds, with lots in between as far as bullet weight and styles. Look at Hornady's 8mm lists, you will be surprised. Not as many as .30's but still pretty impressive ...

2008年12月8日 · I am new to the longrange addiction. I've recently bought a Left-hand Browning a-bolt in .325 wsm with intentions of it being my hunting rifle. I was wondering what any of you think bout setting up this rifle for long range. I've shot it out to 400yd with nosler ammo (got a friend working there) and it shoots well.

2021年3月2日 · I've been looking into Browning BLR rifles for several years now and somehow just discovered that they used to make the BLR in .325 WSM. I think that cartridge would be perfect for the BLR. Unfortunately, Browning no longer makes the BLR in that cartridge, and it seems that the ones they did make are few and far between.
